Beef Stir Fry with Bell Peppers

This recipe is done in two steps. Marinating, then cooking. It's wonderfully delicious, and quite straight forward.


For the Marinade:

12 tbsp soy sauce
4 tsp chopped fresh ginger
4 cloves of garlic, minced
4 green onion, chopped
2 tsp chili oil

Beef Recipe:

6 tbsp cooking oil
1 kg beef steak, cut into strips
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
4 tsps corn flour
6 tbsp water


Marinate the beef overnight.
Next day, fry the beef in the oil in batches. When all the batches are fried, throw in the bell peppers. Stir well over high heat. Add corn flour sauce and add boiled water. Mix to incorporate and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with white rice or chinese stir fried rice.
